This is really well done! Gotta love the terminator And this one is easily recognizable! That jacket also looks awesome I also like the background here, it fits the drawing well.

To the things you can improve. The main thing - add highlights and shadows. This will create more depth in the drawing, and make it more interesting and realistic.

I would make the area around the right eye a bit darker too, to make the eye stand out more. Eyes are the one most important thing of a drawing. Making the lineart around it a bit darker would improve this already.

But all in all this is well done Keep it up!
